The Brain Power 5K is the original race in Central Texas funding brain cancer research, recognizing brain tumor survivors and remembering loved ones lost to this devastating disease. The 3rd Annual Brain Power 5K on September 8th is proud to benefit the Dr.Marnie Rose Foundation for Brain Cancer Research at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center as well as local efforts in our Central Texas brain tumor community.

If you are a brain tumor survivor or have a loved one that has been affected by a brain tumor, please contact us so that we may recognize them. The Brain Power 5K is here for our Central Texas brain tumor community.

The race will take place on September 8th in scenic Williamson County Regional Park, just northwest of Austin. It features a UST&F certified course which is flat and jogger-stroller friendly. There will be age group awards from the chip-timed 5K in 5 year age categories (from 12 and over to 70+). All Kid’s K participants will receive a medal as well. After the race, join in a celebration in the park honoring our brain tumor community with generous sponsors offering delicious food and drinks to all.
