A Hill County man who admitted to Fort Worth police that looking at little boys' penises in restrooms was "kind of like a hobby" has been sentenced to 10 years in federal prison.

Michael Allen Manske, 48, was arrested by Fort Worth police June 9 after a father noticed the man staring in the direction of his son's penis as the boy stood at a urinal in a bathroom at Texas Motor Speedway, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.

The father confronted Manske, who fled but was later arrested after the father spotted him in the grandstands and alerted police. A search of his cellphone and his home in Hubbard later revealed child pornography.
