The College of Liberal Arts on the University of Texas campus has passed a resolution, asking the university to offer domestic partner benefits to all faculty and staff. UT associate professor, Dana Cloud says it's been signed by all 21 academic chairs. Cloud says although it would take legislative action to actually offer the same sex benefits they are hoping presidents powers will get behind the movement.
