As part of a settlement regarding the wrongful promotion of the diabetes drug, Avandia, the drug company, Glaxo-Smith-Kline, will pay Texas and 36 other states a total of $90,000,000. Tom Kelley with the Texas Attorney General's office says that's not all the company is required to do. Under the settlement, Texas is expected to receive about $6,200,000.
