There are lots of questions following a horrific accident in Midland that left at least four people dead. A parade float loaded with veterans was hit by a train. Union Pacific spokesman Tom Lang says the lights and arm were working at the crossing. But eyewitness Michael Briggs says the truck got stuck half-way across the tracks. Another witness says there had been a power outage in the area earlier in the afternoon, but it's not yet known if that had anything to do with the accident. Several others were wounded and some are in critical condition.
