With the Texas housing market on the rebound, more people are putting their homes up for sale during the holidays. It used to be conventional wisdom that homes were not sold in November and December, but Texas Realtor Scott Myers sasy that's changing, to the advantage of the sellers. He says homes are often decorated and are their most attractive during the holidays, and it really isn't that bad a time to move, since the holidays come around just before the start of the new school semester.
