Update:
Cedar Park police located Drake McClendon in the custody of his non-custodial mother, Ashely in Austin. Captain Mike Harmon with the Cedar Park police says the boy and mother are in good health. He says Ashley McClendon may face some charges over the incident.
Cedar Park police are looking for a two and a half year old boy who is missing from his Grandmother's house.
Captain Mike Harmon with the Cedar Park Police says Drake McClendon's Grandmother found Drake missing early this morning, "She went to check on him at around 4:30 a.m. this morning and noticed that his door is open and the front door was open. And she's told us that he's wondered away from the house before."
Captain Harmon says it's also possible that his non-custodial Mother, Ashley McClendon could have taken Drake. Meanwhile, police are looking around the wooded area near McClendon's home on Post Oak Circle on A-T-V's to try to locate the child. Anyone with information about little Drake is asked to call Cedar Park Police at 260-4611 or 911. He was last seen wearing a brown and gold onsie sleeper.
