A City of Austin Recreation Program Instructor is arrested and charged with a felony for what police say are lewd acts involving one of the children he was supposed to be helping. Austin Police Chief Art Acevedo announced the arrest of 30-year-old Juan Garza Junior after the counselor turned himself in following a December 2nd tryst at Garza's home.
