A man who police say has been preying on elderly Austin residents for years and stealing their money after promising to do odd jobs around their homes has been picked up on long-standing warrants. Austin Police Detective Phillip Kelly says 57-year-old Enrique Mojica uses his charm to earn the trust of his victims. Mojica has been going by the assumed name of Joel Marin and police say his victims live all over the Austin area.
