The county has enacted another burn ban prohibiting outdoor burning for the next month. Travis County Fire Marshal Herschal Lee says the area is also under a red flag warning for today. 

Lee says predicted rain won't help much because 25 mile-an-hour winds will likely keep the rain from doing much good. The area is still in a drought. 

Travis county commissioners have approved a ban on outdoor burning for the next month. Fire Marshal Lee says several fires broke out across the county over the past week including one that needed the help of a helicopter to get it under control.
