The man wanted by authorities in a Thursday morning shooting outside a Del Valle grocery store has been arrested.  According to Travis County Sheriff's Office Spokesperson Roger Wade, the suspect has been identified Rolando Rodriguez.  He says the victim and the suspect knew each other. 

"They got into some type of argument.  The victim slapped him in the face and Mr. Rodriguez decided to teach him a lesson by shooting at his feet. One of the rounds went into his leg, the others  caused ricochets causing injuries to him," Wade said.

Wade says the victim has been treated and released from the hospital.  Rodriguez is now facing Aggravated Assault charges, a second-degree felony.
