CPPD: Case closed on CPMS video taped sex incident

Cedar Park Police say they've closed the case on an incident involving a group of 13 and 14 year olds and video taped sex.

Leander ISD officials say they called police after learning a cell phone video was circulating showing two young teens making sexual contact while a group watched. It happened earlier this month during a staff development day and student holiday.

The children involved have been identified, interviewed and their parents notified. Williamson county will not be prosecuting the case after the parents say they don't want to press charges.

Cedar park police say they won't release anymore information or conduct interviews about the incident.
