Dell says he's staying regardless of how votes fall

Michael Dell says that he will stay at the company he founded even if his buyout deal fails.

In an interview with the Wall Street Journal, Dell's Chief Executive remarked that while he plans to stay, he would not sell assets or agree to recapitalization as suggested by shareholders. Dell recently boosted his offer to buy the struggling PC Maker by 10 cents per share in the hope of attracting more shareholder support. He said he is prepared to fight and will continue to do what is best for the company.
