Kevin Patrick Stoeser, 40, of Rapid City, South Dakota is currently being sought by the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force after escaping from an Austin area half-way house.  Stoeser was serving the remainder of a 13-year sentence, was court-martialed and dishonorably discharged from the United States Army.

Stoeser was court-martialed after findings that Stoeser, while stationed at Fort Hood, Texas in 2002,  engaged in sexual conduct with female minors in Arlington and Killeen, Texas. Stoeser was remanded to the United States Disciplinary Barracks in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, was later transferred to a Federal Correctional Institution in Englewood, Colorado, and subsequently transferred to an Austin based Residential Re-Entry Center in an effort to transition to civilian life.

After confronted for alleged facility violations, Stoeser fled from the center and has not been seen or heard from since.

Anyone who has seen Stoeser or who knows his whereabouts is asked to contact local law enforcement.
