Newsroom
1/4/2013
Our trace of snow ties the record for January 4th 1972. It's been more dramatic in the hill country, with snow flurries on and off throughout the morning so far. Snowfall is also being reported from Marble Falls to parts of Liberty Hill. Sleet is being reported in Georgetown, Leander and Cedar Park with some snow falling in Cedar Park. It will likely make things slushy on the roads. We'll likely see more of the same throughout the day, but it's really too warm for anything to stick to the ground today. Weather officials are still advising you to take it easy on the roads this morning.
