The Texas Attorney general is causing a dust up in New York after placing ads there telling New Yorkers to move to Texas if they want to keep their guns and their freedom. Eric Bearse with the Abbott Campaign says the A-G wanted to point out that Texas is a place where you can enjoy freedom and live under the constitution, "I think the Attorney General's concern is anytime we open the door to the continued dilution to our constitutional rights and the plain meaning of any of the amendments in the bill of rights, then we have taken the very perilous step towards restricting the freedom of the American people."

This week, the New York assembly approved some of the most restrictive gun laws in the country. Bearse points out Connecticut also has very restrictive gun laws, but they did not prevent the Newtown tragedy.  Link to ad:  https://apps.facebook.com/336273509819725/
