Construction crews were working on the new Texas A&M Equine Center, when the steel frame of the structure collapsed. The construction site is about two miles from the main campus. Four construction workers were injured. They were in elevated positions tying steel together on the 35-foot-tall, 300-foot-long barn when it came down. One of the construction workers was admitted to a Bryan hospital in critical condition. Two were stable, and one was treated and released. The construction company is still trying to determine what caused the accident.
