SAN ANTONIO (AP) - Police are looking for a gunman who opened fire into a South Texas house and wounded a 2-year-old girl then killed her father.

San Antonio police say the gunfire early Wednesday may have been a gang-related attack after an earlier dispute. Further details weren't immediately released on the initial incident.

Police say the toddler was in a bedroom when someone outside began shooting and her wrist was grazed by a bullet. Authorities say the father was fatally shot while outside the home in a confrontation with the gunman.

The names of the slain man and his injured daughter were not immediately released.
