DENTON, Texas (AP) - University of North Texas police are urging students on the Denton campus be cautious after a male student reported being abducted and sexually assaulted this week.

The student said he was walking Tuesday evening when occupants of a car pulled up and asked for directions.

He jumped inside to help them and one of the passengers pulled a knife.

The student told police his eyes were covered, he was attacked and then later was freed elsewhere on the campus.
