AMARILLO, Texas (AP) - Stanley Marsh 3, an eccentric millionaire artist who faces criminal charges alleging he sexually abused six teenagers, has been sued by two men accusing him of molesting them as teens.
The separate suits filed in Potter County contend Marsh is a serial molester who paid them to perform sex acts. The Amarillo Globe-News reports that Marsh's wife, son and associates also are named, alleging they covered up the abuse.
Another man filed a lawsuit in May claiming he was abused as a 16-year-old.
In February, Marsh settled lawsuits from 10 teens who alleged he paid them for sex acts.
If convicted on the criminal charges, the 75-year-old Marsh faces up to 20 years in prison. His attorneys deny the allegations.
Marsh is best known for the "Cadillac Ranch" along Interstate 40 near Amarillo.
