Boy causes accident after holding pellet gun out the window of his grandmother's car

Two people were injured last week after police say a Wisconsin boy flashed a toy gun out the window of a moving car, spooking another driver into slamming on the brakes and ultimately causing a three-car collision.

The scary incident occurred Tuesday evening on Highway 59 in Milton when the 11-year-old boy stuck an Air-soft pellet gun out the backseat window of his grandmother's car.

The driver in the car behind the boy and his grandma says she saw the gun come out of the window and she began to panic.
