Man sues officers, city over 2012 DWI arrest

An Austin man claiming that two police officers using excessive force broke his wrist during an arrest in 2012 has sued the officers and the city of Austin.

Pharr names officers Christopher Wille and Steven McDaniel as defendants in the suit, which is seeking an unspecified amount of damages, the petition says.
