Hour one of the Todd and Don Show:  

• Austin City Council is debating getting rid of ordinances that would ticket homeless people who panhandle, camp or live in public areas, or sit or lie down in downtown Austin

•Students from the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School are going on a summer tour to promote gun control and to help young people register to vote

• A United States senator tried to enter a federal facility in Texas where immigrant children are being held, but police were summoned and he was told to leave


Hour two of the Todd and Don Show:

• Paul Manafort may go to jail as he is accused of witness tampering ahead of his trial

• TECH NEWS:

– Washington State is suing Facebook failed to maintain information about who bought election ads in 2013

– Apple introduces new operating system for the Fall which includes things like ways to reduce your phone consumption and group FaceTime

• The President cancels the Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl Championship visit after most of said they were not going to attend


Hour three of the Todd and Don Show:

• Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper vetoes first-in-the-nation bill that would have allowed marijuana “tasting rooms” in Colorado

• Ellen Troxclair is working to increase the general homestead exemption for property owners

• The Miss America Contest will do away with the bathing suit competition portion and will be more inclusive to women of all sizes


Hour four of the Todd and Don Show:

• Delaware is the first state to allow sports betting after the new ruling

• A guy plans to swim across the Pacific Ocean 5,500 miles to highlight plastic pollution

• Justice Dept. appeals ruling in Trump Twitter-blocking case
