Hour one of the Todd and Don Show:  

• Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is moving forward with a lawsuit seeking to remove eight of 13 members of Austin’s Planning Commission because the commission has too many members in development-related professions which could affect the fairness of CodeNEXT

• UT will continue to consider race in admissions, despite Trump reversal on Obama guidance

• The Shoal Creek Conservancy wants to turn a 4-mile trail into a 13-mile walking and biking path to a cost of $66 million

• Travis County is looking for 438 parolees that have failed to report

-Amazon plans to open a second cashless Amazon Go store in Seattle

-SONY Pictures accidently released the whole movie of Khali: the Killer instead of a trailer
