Austin Doctor says technology could have negative effect on kids

Psychologist says there are signs technology is having a negative effect on society, especially on children. No one can argue how computers and cell phones have changed our lives for the better. Dr. Stark says whether they're texting, sending e-mails or tracking others on social media, many kids are spending less time interacting with others...in person.
