Greg Kelley Trial

The jury will hear closing arguments Tuesday morning at 9 am.  This afternoon, the state and defense are awaiting a charge from the judge.  The charges against Greg Kelley are:  two super aggravated assault with child, which is punishable with 25-99 years in prison, or life; and one indecency with a child by contact, which is punishable with two-20 years in prison.  Kelley testified in his own defense Monday.  His defense also called on character testimonies, including from his girlfriend and older brother.
