ICE center for mothers and children coming from central America opens

Immigration and Customs Enforcement today opens the first facility specifically for mothers with children entering the U.S. from central America. It's in Karnes County, southeast of San Antonio. Enrique Lucero of ICE says the purpose is for immigrants to see a judge and be deported. Lucero says while it is a secure environment and people are not allowed to leave, the guards are not called guards. They are called 'residential advisers' to make the facility look a lot less like a prison.
