Judge rules activist has right to film police

A district court judge rules the a man who has been repeatedly arrested by the APD for video taping them on the job can move forward.

Attorney Daphne Silverman says Judge Mark Lane decided Antonio Bueler's lawsuit alleging the police violated his civil rights can move forward, "Basically, Judge Lane says what we have been saying all along: That you can do this and the public should engage in this process in order to make sure we have accountability in law enforcement."

Silverman says the city will likely appeal the decision.
