A light appears to be the catalyst for a knife fight in Leander.  An affidavit says Peter Lugenbill got angry that his neighbor was using the light to work on his car at night and that touched off a shouting match.  Lugenbill allegedly pinned the victim against his car, punched him, and cut his face with a knife, and the victim defended himself with his own pocket knife.  He's charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
