Man charged in northwest Travis Co. stabbing

Deputies have charged a man with murder after a man was stabbed in a northwest Travis County home on Saturday.

The Travis County Sheriff's Office responded to reports of a stabbing around 3 p.m. Saturday in the 14300 block of Summit View Drive, west of Leander.

According to an arrest affidavit, when deputies arrived, 42-year-old John Phillip Dodson Jr. had a stab wound to his chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Witnesses told deputies that 33-year-old Cecil Clarence Kite Jr. walked out of the house with blood on his clothing and hands.   http://www.kvue.com/story/news/local/2014/06/28/possible-homicide-investigation-in-travis-county/11642161/
