Mega-shelter to close this week

The number of Hurricane Harvey evacuees in Austin was far below the estimated 7000, and Austin's mega shelter on Metropolis Drive is winding down its operations.  The shelter says there are still about 170 people there and only had about 400 at its peak.  The shelter will close its doors completely by the end of this week.
