Minors can no longer buy or have e-cigarettes in their possesion

Minors can no longer buy e-cigarettes or even have them in their possession. Central Health's vice-president and chief strategy officer Kristy Garvey tells the Austin City Council they, too, passed a resolution last night in support of this new ordinance. She says it's important to support the health of the community. Many vendors say the already do not sell e-cigarettes to minors.
