Expect delays if you are traveling south bound on MOPAC between Parmer and Duval this weekend. There will be several lane closures on that stretch of MOPAC in north Austin for repaving work. To help with the congestion, the southbound express lane from Parmer to 2222 will be toll free until 9 Sunday night.
