If you drive around Mopac and Slaughter you can expect some construction delays beginning this weekend. Crews are shifting traffic from the overpass to a temporary roadway to begin work on a diverging diamond intersection. TxDOT’s Brad Wheelis says cops will be on hand to direct traffic beginning at 5pm Sunday evening.
