New health food service set to open in Austin

The company is Super Natural Food. Marina Zelle, its president and founder, describes the concept as a raw food cleanse. . “Everything is raw, vegan and organic. By raw, I mean that nothing is heated above 118 degrees.” Zelle says it's a food preparation method that preserves the natural enzymes and nutrients in foods that are typically destroyed by cooking. She says they'll deliver the foods to homes and offices each evening, for consumption the following day. When the company opens next week, orders can be placed by going to its Web site, supernaturalfood.com. She says they plan to open a retail location toward the end of the year.
