Presidential visit = worse traffic than usual during morning commute

President Obama makes another appearance as part of a fund-raiser at a private home near Emma Long Park. Reports indicate Aimee Cunningham Boone, currently on the board for the Center for Reproductive Rights, will host the President at her private home near Lake Austin and moderate a round-table discussion.

Security is also shutting down all entrance ramps and conducting a check of cars going into downtown South of 12th Street.

President will make comments at the Paramount Theater today at 12:15. You can expect more sluggish traffic after that speech as Obama makes his way back to the airport. Traffic should be back to normal by this afternoon.
