Retrial begins and life in prison possible for Crispin Harmel if convicted

Jurors in the Crispin Harmel murder retrial heard gory details of the night Harmel allgedly followed Jessica Kalaher out of a Cedar Park Wal-Mart and strangled her, raped her, strangled her again, left her for dead and stole her ATM card. Harmel's defense says there was no sexual assault and that she gave him the ATM card and also said there was deficiencies in the police investigation. Harmel could get life in prison if convicted.
