Thieves break into a Southwest Austin-area gun store and now federal agents and a gun trade group are offering a five grand reward for information leading to their arrest.

35 weapons were taken from Storied Firearms in the 9300 block of West Highway 290 just after 4 a.m. on Aug. 28. Authorities say the thieves broke through a front window and stole nearly three dozen handguns and rifles. Surveillance cameras were able to capture the suspects and their vehicle.

The bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms as well as the National Shooting Sports Foundation are offering the combined $5000 reward as ATF and Travis County Sheriffs investigate.
