The Rideshare wars are heating up as LYFT is pushing a new driver benefit program that gives them access to more education.

Austin Lyft GM, Aaron Fox said they are partnering with the benefits company Guild Education, to help their drivers get where they want to go. Through this partnership, officials say Lyft drivers can receive tuition discounts and get certificates and degrees from a GED to a masters. Estimates show students taking a range of classes and programs save 25-35 percent on average.
