On Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at approximately 4:31 p.m. Austin Police officers responded to a shooting call at the CVS Pharmacy at 1701 E. Parmer. Upon arrival, officers observed Alfred Lockett lying on the ground outside of his teal colored Infiniti. He had sustained obvious trauma to his body.
