A new study says deaths involving teenage drivers have fallen by 43 percent nationwide over the last decade.

Chris Pilcic with State Farm insurance said "to see 43 percent decreases across the country is really a step in the right direction, and we had more than a 25 pecent decrease in Texas."

Pilcic said the improvement can be linked to advancements in safety and education, along with greater parental involvement.
