A 23 year old man is in custody in Houston after allegedly making terroristic threats against the University of Texas at Austin.  UT PD Chief David Carter says Sean Evan Haddon allegedly had already made a bomb threat and threatened university 9-1-1 dispatchers before he called human resources on Friday.

Carter says that threat had to do with a mass shooting on campus with 200 people dead.

Haddon was arrested at his home in Crosby without incident.
