Who gets to foot the bill for Gov Perry's legal 'dream team' in abuse of power case?

The question of who's going to pay for Governor Perry's new team of five high profile attorneys has not yet been decided. The $80 thousand already come from taxpayers, but that's believed to just be the tip of the iceberg. That $80 grand is going to Austin Criminal defense Attorney David Botsford. Governor Perry brought him on board back in April. The team has now picked up four more prominent lawyers including the new lead Tony Buzbee. Ben Ginsberg represented George W. Bush in the Florida Recount, Bobby Burchfield is also a President Bush appointee, and rounding out the team is former Texas Supreme Court Justice Tom Phillips.
