Young boy nearly drowns at Dell Jewish Community Center Pool

A young boy is in critical condition following a near drowning at the Dell Jewish Community Center in Northwest Austin. Commander Mike Benavides with Austin Travis County EMS says,"We were dispatched and responded to the 7300 block of Hart Lane for a report of a pediatric patient who was pulled from that community pull where CPR and AED were administered by lifeguards." Benavides says they were able to get a pulse, but needed assistance breathing as he was transportated to Dell Children's Medical Center.
