Boy abducted at age 2 reunites with father eight years later

A boy taken from his father at the age of 2 has been reunited with his dad eight years later, and the child’s mother is in now in jail.

McKinney police said the boy, now 10-year-old Drew Drees, was abducted in late Dec. 2006. An investigation determined the boy had been taken by his mother, Padmashini Devi Drees. The mother and father had recently divorced.

Police obtained a warrant in Jan. 2007 for Padmashini, and a BOLO was issued for the missing child. The case remained open for many years, and police eventually determined the child had been taken to India.  http://www.myfoxdfw.com/story/25990526/mckinney-boy-abducted-at-age-2-reunited-with-father-eight-years-later
