Five arrested in Burnet County and facing multiple charges

On Friday, July 25, Burnet County Sheriff’s Deputies and Investigators, Burnet Police Officers, Department of Public Safety Special Response Teams and the Texas Rangers, searched the home of Louis Bostick Burnet County.  
Evidence to be searched for included illegal narcotics and narcotics paraphernalia; evidence of narcotics packaging, manufacturing or distribution; records and stolen property normally associated with illegal narcotics use.
The search warrant resulted in five subjects being taken into custody and transported to the Burnet County Jail for outstanding warrants:

  • Brent Barnard Sr., of Burnet
  • Johnny Loehr, of Burnet
  • Sean Clopton, of Burnet
  • Keith Maynard, of San Saba
  • Shelley Adams (Vaughn), of San Saba.  

Additional criminal charges are pending against Loehr and Maynard as a result of evidence located at the scene. 
Evidence recovered at the scene included Methamphetamines and several firearms, one of which was identified as “illegal” by Texas statue.  The information obtained in this search warrant will be beneficial in ongoing investigations of the illegal activities conducted at the Bostick residence.
