Flores investing $4 million in Oak Hill Mexican Southwest Austin restaurant

Restaurateur Jose Flores is making a $4 million investment to build a new Flores Mexican Restaurant in Southwest Austin.  Flores owns four restaurants in the Austin area. The newest will be at 4625 W. William Cannon Drive and will replace the original Oak Hill store, which currently operates at 6705 W. U.S. Highway 290 in a shopping center. It originally opened in 1993 and now is bursting at the seams.  “The Flores family wants to invest in the long haul and own all of their real estate in free-standing buildings,” said JLL commercial real estate broker Austin McWilliams.   http://www.bizjournals.com/austin/blog/real-estate/2014/06/flores-investing-4-million-in-oak-hill-mexican.html
