Latest on Sutherland Springs church shooting

SUTHERLAND SPRINGS, Texas (AP) - Authorities say the victims of a shooting at small Texas church include several members of an extended family. The victims killed include a mother of three children who was eight months pregnant, along with her in-laws. Another victim was the 14-year-old daughter of the church's pastor. In all, 26 people were slain when a gunman wielding an assault rifle opened fire inside the First Baptist Church of Sutherland Springs.

The special agent in charge of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives field office in Houston says three guns have been recovered from the suspect in the deadly church shootings in Texas. Fred Milanowski said during a news conference Monday that officers recovered a Ruger AR-556 rifle at the church. Milanowski said two additional handguns were recovered from the vehicle driven by Devin Patrick Kelley

The gunman who opened fire at a Texas church was working as an unarmed security guard at a vacation resort near his home. Manager Claudia Varjabedian says Devin Kelley worked at Summit Vacation Resort in New Braunfels. Air Force officials said Kelley s received a bad conduct discharge for allegedly assaulting his spouse and child after a 2012 court-martial. Authorities say Kelley killed 26 people and wounded 20 others in Sunday's shooting at the First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs.

Videos of past sermons posted online from a church where a gunman opened fire Sunday showed the white wood-frame house of worship was at the center of life in Sutherland Springs, Texas. In a video posted last week, Pastor Frank Pomeroy explained why he had parked a motorcycle in front of his lectern. Now Pomeroy's wife, Sherri, said the couple's 14-year-old daughter was one of the 26 people killed inside the First Baptist Church.
