New York software marketing company to bring more jobs to Austin

The head of an online software marketing company...who brought his business to Austin a few years ago...says it was one of his best decisions and things are still looking up. Court Cunningham, CEO of New York-based Yodle, says the company has more than tripled in size since he opened an office in the Capital City in 2011. He says the company has done well and currently has 550 employees here, but he's looking to add more jobs..."at least a couple of hundred. Our current space houses or can house about 800 people, so we've got space for another 200 or 250. We're hoping to get that done over the next couple of years and then we'll go from there." In addition to New York and Austin, Yodle has offices in Atlanta, Georgia, Charlotte, NC, and Scottsdale, AZ, with the Austin office being the largest of the five. Cunningham says Austin is a great place to be because of smart, hardworking people. Next week, Yodle will hold an information session at Kung Fu Saloon in Austin.
