Four families sue AISD over sexual assault case handling

More families are suing Austin ISD for their handling of sexual assault cases.

Four more families have filed suit saying their kids were sexually assaulted by either fellow students or a district staffer. The suit claims AISD never handed these cases off to their Title IX Coordinator, and thus, broke federal law.
